1. The service

linevak is a text-message service operated by Parent Vertical LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It sends one-time sign-in codes by text, WhatsApp or automated call on behalf of the apps and businesses that use it ("business customers"). By receiving our messages or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Text messaging terms (for people who receive our texts)

Program: linevak sign-in codes. You receive a text only when you request a sign-in code in an app that uses linevak and agree to receive it. Each text names that app.
Frequency: one message per request. No marketing or recurring messages.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages.
Opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from linevak, for any app. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP, or email hello@linevak.com.
Codes by WhatsApp: if you choose it, linevak sends the code from its verified WhatsApp business account. It is covered by the same consent; you can block or report the account in WhatsApp at any time, or email hello@linevak.com.
Codes by automated call: if you choose it, or a text doesn't arrive, linevak can place one short automated call that reads your code. It is covered by the same consent. To stop calls, reply STOP to any linevak text or email hello@linevak.com.
Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a code does not arrive you can request another or use the app's other sign-in option.

3. Business customers

Business customers are set up individually. Every business customer agrees that:

It shows linevak's consent wording, unticked, next to any phone-number field that leads to a text, and sends only to people who ticked it. It offers another way to sign in, such as email.
Each message names the business's app. linevak adds its own brand and the opt-out line, and enforces STOP automatically; a number that replied STOP will not be texted again.
It does not send marketing without separate, express written consent, and never sends spam, phishing, illegal content, or content about sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco or cannabis.
Sign-in codes go out from linevak's shared, carrier-approved number. Any other kind of message (for example order updates or alerts) is sent only from a number approved for the business's own brand, which linevak registers on its behalf. The information the business provides for that registration must be true.
It keeps its access keys secret and is responsible for messages sent with them.

We may pause or end sending for any business that breaks these rules, generates carrier complaints, or puts the shared service at risk.

4. Billing

People who receive our texts are never charged by linevak. Paid plans for businesses are not offered yet; when they are, they will be billed through Unyplex, our billing service, under prices and refund terms shown before purchase.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable delivery, but text messages depend on mobile carriers outside our control. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parent Vertical LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the prior three months (or US $50 if you paid nothing).

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
